How much is the rent?
The rent varies depending on the apartment, the duration, and the rental period. Contact us for more information.
Are electricity / water / maintenance fees / WiFi included?
Yes, there is an all-inclusive package with all expenses covered.
How can I find out if there are available apartments?
Contact us by phone or email and we will send you a list of the available apartments and their prices.
Can I rent an apartment for a short period?
Our rentals are only for long-term stays (9 – 12+ months).
I live far from Alexandroupoli. Can I book online?
Yes, all our bookings can be made online.
You will receive videos of the available apartments and relevant information via email. Once you choose the one that suits you, we arrange the lease signing electronically (via government platform or email) and the security deposit payment remotely.
The process is very easy and done online following the instructions we will send you.
How is the booking made? Is a deposit or advance payment required?
To confirm a booking, a security deposit of 2 months is required. This deposit is refunded after the apartment is returned, provided there are no damages upon inspection.
The refund is made via bank transfer to your personal account, which you will notify us of in writing.
Are the apartments intended only for specific types of tenants, or are they also suitable for those who need a stable base?
Magico Suites apartments are suitable for anyone seeking a well-maintained space for long-term stay.
Whether it’s for work, studies, a life transition, or simply choosing a functional home for the coming months, our apartments are ready to welcome you. Bookings are only accepted for extended periods to ensure quality, stability, and a true “home” feeling.
How far is it from the university / city center?
We are located in a highly privileged and safe area in the city center, with a bus stop just 30 meters away , providing easy access to all university campuses via public transportation.
